Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by going to Access Your Account. From here you can click Log into account and by entering your email address and password, you can access My Orders. If you do not have an account, you may click My Orders from the Account Center and enter either your order number or email address with your billing zip code.

The My Orders screen shows you every order you have placed with Pro Sports Memorabilia and each order's status. Please note that this screen does not contain real-time shipping status; this information can be delayed by approximately one business day, so an item showing as open may have actually shipped.

Is the item that I want to purchase currently in stock?
If an item is out of stock or discontinued, the product page that displays the product image and price will state that the item is out of stock. If the item is on backorder the site will show an estimated ship date. All other items should be considered in stock.

This information listed on our online catalog is the most up to date information that we have in regards to an item's in-stock availability. Due to the very large selection of products that we carry it is impossible to guarantee 100% availability of all the merchandise that we sell. If an item that you've ordered is out of stock or backordered you will be notified by phone or email promptly.

If I place an order, how quickly will it arrive?
Total delivery time is equal to handling time plus time for the chosen shipping method.

Handling
Handling time is the time needed to select and package your item for pick up by the carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, or USPS). A long handling time generally indicates that an item will need to be manufactured prior to delivery.

For the most up to date information about how quickly an item can be shipped to you, check the product page that displays the product image, price and detailed description. Below the product description you will see an estimated handling time required for the item.

Shipping
Although UPS is our main shipping carrier, some items are delivered through others, such as FedEx or the US Postal Service, using the fastest and most affordable option available. Please note: Choosing a faster shipping method does not eliminate the handling time.  The following are guidelines to use for shipping methods:

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping anywhere in the 48 contingent United States on all orders over $50.

Shipping costs vary and are primarily dependent upon the size and weight of the item, the shipping method (Standard, Priority or Overnight), the quantity purchased and the ship-to location. The rates and policies for shipping will be determined by the method of shipment that you select prior to the completion of a purchase.

For example, Standard Shipping on an item less than $50 may be $6.99, but the 3 Day Priority is $12.99 and Overnight Shipping is $27.99. To determine what the shipping costs are for Priority or Overnight shipping, begin the checkout process. After you enter in the desired billing and shipping address you will be presented with shipping options that show the exact shipping price for standard, priority and overnight delivery (when overnight shipping is available). Illinois deliveries are subject to state sales tax and will be charged the current Illinois state tax rate for Cook County. Orders are confirmed via email.

Please note: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges. Shipments to Canada will incur additional shipping charges and may be subject to Canadian brokerage fees/customs/duties.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Pre-paid credit cards are accepted as well and must have 100% of the order total available on the balance. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. We also accept Paypal, personal checks and money orders. To pay by check or money order please call us toll-free at 888-950-5399 and place a phone order.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is not charged on orders that are shipping to addresses outside the states of Illinois, Florida, Texas and Ohio. If you are shipping Pro Sports Memorabilia merchandise to an address within Illinois, Florida, Texas and Ohio, you will be charged the current sales tax rate for the following locations: Cook County, Illinois / Duval County, Florida / State of Texas / State of Ohio.

Redeeming a coupon
Occasionally Pro Sports Memorabilia will run promotions and distribute coupons to its patrons via email. If you have received a coupon and you would like to redeem it, add the items that you'd like to purchase to your cart and then begin the checkout process. Enter the coupon code on the bottom of the billing page where your payment information is captured. The resulting discount will be applied and displayed on the final order review page before your order is placed.

Changing your password You can change your Pro Sports Memorabilia account password any time you like by going to Access your account. From here you can click Log into account and by entering your email address and password; you can access Update My Account and change your password.

Check the status of all your orders 
You can check the status of all your Pro Sports Memorabilia orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by going to My Orders. You can choose to enter either your order number and billing zip code or your email address and billing zip code. This is necessary to validate your identity.

Below the “Add to Cart” button you will see an estimated handling time required for the item.
Total delivery time is equal to handling time plus time for the chosen shipping method. Shipping times vary according to the desired shipping method. The following guidelines should be used:

Free Economy Ground: 3 to 10 Business Days
Expedited:  2-5 Business Days (M-F, excluding holidays) depending on your zip code.
Your shipping time will be shown at checkout.
Overnight: 1 Business Day (orders received before 5pm ET)
**Please note, Saturday is not a business day and no deliveries are made on Saturdays except when UPS Saturday Overnight is selected.

Shipping methods and rates

On the cart page, the shipping and handling costs for standard delivery are listed (for delivery within the United States). To determine what the shipping costs are for Priority or Overnight shipping, begin the checkout process. After you enter in the desired billing and shipping address you will be presented with shipping options that show the exact shipping price for standard, priority and overnight delivery (when overnight shipping is available). All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping!

Shipping policies and restrictions 
Pro Sports Memorabilia can only accept orders that are shipping to one of the following: United States, Puerto Rico, Canada as well as military APO, AAO & AEO addresses. However, do note that there are certain products that can only ship within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please read the product descriptions carefully to be sure the item(s) you are ordering are able to be shipped to the desired location.

Any international duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions about duties or custom charges please contact your local post office.

Please note that this screen does not contain real-time shipping status; this information can be delayed by approximately one business day, so an item showing as open may have actually shipped. Tracking numbers are normally available approximately 24 hours after an item actually ships out.

If I buy an item, and it goes on sale sometime after I purchase it, can I get a discount? 
Unfortunately, we are unable to honor sale prices on purchases prior to an item or items going on sale.

Product Pricing and Order Fulfillment
Due to the large number of products we carry, occasionally errors occur in the pricing of our products. We do our best to prevent such instances, but in the event that this should occur we reserve the right to contact the customer prior to the item shipping and inform them of the price discrepancy. At this time the customer may decide whether they wish to pay the correct price or cancel their order. We reserve the right not to fill an order at any time for any reason.
