RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
Your total satisfaction is our commitment. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within sixty (60) days of receipt. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days for the purchase price of the item. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.
Please refer to the “This Item Qualifies For…” located on the right-hand side of your product’s description page, as some exclusions may apply. All engraved cases in which a player’s name or statistics are added are non-refundable. Cases that are engraved with only a team’s logo or those that include an engraved nameplate, are not considered “all sales final” and are returnable.
All returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition, with the original tags and stickers attached (including all authentication stickers or papers). Any item that is customized or personalized in any nature is considered “all sales final” and no return will be accepted. Items deemed damaged, worn, used, dirty or missing tags by Pro Sports Memorabilia will be returned to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier in case of loss.
You do not need to contact Pro Sports Memorabilia before sending an item back for return. Simply include your packing slip in the package or write your order number on the outside of the box and send to the following address:
