President John F. Kennedy sat through every inning of every game he was able to attend during his presidency. He was an avid fan of his hometown Boston Red Sox, but never had a chance to attend one of their games while in office. President John F. Kennedy had a staff member named Dave Powers act as his official "Undersecretary of Baseball." The April 9, 1962 game that President John F. Kennedy attended was the grand opening of the new twenty-three million dollar D.C. Stadium. This framed collectible features a 16x20 photo, an official seal of the President emblem, and an engraved nameplate. Measures 27" x 26".
