At the 1988 NBA Slam Dunk Contest held during All-Star Weekend in Chicago, Michael Jordan was crowned champion on the strength of a dunk that started with "His Airness" taking off from the free-throw line. He received a perfect score of 50 for the memorable throw-down. Using a 12" by 12" United Center game-used wooden floor piece as her canvas, artist Jolene Jessie painted this beautiful rendition of Michael Jordan gliding through the air en route to this historic slam dunk. Not only did Jordan win the 1988 Slam Dunk Contest on this floor, he also played on it during the Chicago Bulls' unprecedented three-peat as NBA Champions 1996-1998. Jordan's signature stands out beautifully in silver paint pen with the black backdrop of the floor piece. The artist also signed her name at the bottom. The piece is a limited edition of 6. His signature is guaranteed authentic by virtue of UDA's Five-Step Authentication Process. Click for Authenticity!
