This 8x10 photo has been personally hand signed by Hall of Fame forward Larry Bird. Bird won the rookie of the year honor in 1980, then went on to lead the Celtics to the NBA Finals five times, including three championships. Throughout his 13-year career, his head-to-head match-ups with Los Angeles Laker Ervin “Magic” Johnson became the stuff of legend. Bird was a 12-time NBA All-Star and, together with Celtics teammates Robert Parrish and Kevin McHale, formed arguably the greatest frontline in NBA history. Bird was the league’s most valuable player three times (1984-86) and was named to the NBA 50th Anniversary Team in 1996. His jersey number, 33, has been retired by the Boston Celtics.
