This Louisville Slugger bat has been personally hand signed by the San Francisco Giants first baseman Willie McCovey with the inscription "HOF 86." In McCovey's 22-year career, he batted .270 with 521 home runs and 1,555 RBI's. Willie had an on-base percentage of .374 and a .515 slugging average and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1986. McCovey had his banner year in 1969 and won the MVP award, leading the NL with 45 homers, 126 RBI, and a .656 slugging percentage, he drew a record 45 intentional walks and finished fifth with a .320 batting average.
